    Gently place the cups directly over your nipples inside your nursing bra, making sure they\u2019re clean and dry before use. You can use them on their own or add a few drops of breastmilk inside each cup for added healing benefits.     Silver can tarnish over time due to the natural oxidation process however it is still safe and effective to use.
    \nRinse in warm water between use or prepare a
    \ncleaning paste using a teaspoon of bicarbonate
    \nsoda and a few drops of water.
    \nGently massage the the cleaning paste over the cup and rinse with water.
